It's official!!! I'm officially a Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney with....drumroll please...wait for it....wait for it...A badge!!! Uhhhh~~~I made it. Let me tell you, it wasn't easy. Early mornings, long nights, short weekends. Getting yelled at, getting laughed at and being watched. Tears. Fatigue. Stress.
I thank God for getting me this far and being with me every step of the way. I pray that God will continue to be with me in this journey. I pray that God will give me the wisdom to do justice and to always do the right thing. 
I thank God so much for blessing me with so many wonderful friends, teachers, mentors, and my family who supported me, encouraged me and helped me all along. Each of you will be in my heart and I will be forever and ever grateful! 
But you know what??? It is/was all worth it because I love my job and I believe in what I do.

Congratulations! Sorry I missed the the badge ceremony though. Was way too late by the time I was done with work. >.< Very glad to see you made it and hopefully this is the first year of a long and rewarding career as an LA county district attorney. I'll see you in Grade II college. :-)
